• I’ve been using LearnDash and found that I can’t get shortcodes to work inside of quiz answers, and I’d REALLY like that to happen. From what I can tell the shortcodes work in answers IF the “Allow HTML” button is checked. The problem is that to use the shortcodes as parts of quiz questions it would only work well for the quiz answer options that do not “allow HTML”. At least in LearnDash in the current version. The question types that I want to use are “Free” or “Cloze”.

I’ve been trying to do this with several plugins but each I’ve had only partial success as yet. I currently have a list of 15 questions that I have created with the “User Meta Pro” plugin. I just need to pull the current user’s reply to those questions into a Free or Cloze answer with the shortcode for the User Meta Pro” plugin and let the quiz evaluate it.

I have not looked at your plugin outside of LearnDash, so I will immediately install your Wp-Pro-Quiz and see if your version allows HTML in those question types. If it does then I have to figure out if I can use your files to modify or substitute for the LearnDash ones, without making a mess.

FYI the reason I have to do this is to test the user “security” questions (ex “What’s your first pet’s name?”) that I have had the user answer when they register. After finishing a module/Topic they need to be asked one of the security questions that they answered b4, having to prove they are still the same person doing the training and not having someone else stand in for them. This would be a very cool feature for any quiz plugin!
