    Hi,

    I have installed Woocommerce, VC Vendors, qTranslate-X, Advanced Woo Search, Disable User Gravatar,..

    I am using the shortcode: [wcv_vendorslist show_products=’no’] in a of my pages but it not work fine because I have 4 vendors users and in this page only appear 3 vendors.

    I don’t know which can be the problem because I add show_products=’no’ to show all vendors although they hadn’t products.

    NOTE: I have modified the shop profile page for adding custom fields but this isn’t the problem because later I have updated last version WC Vendors where there isn’t modification and the problem persist.

    When recently testing this shortcode, I noticed that for vendors who have products assigned to them by admin (not products that they listed themselves) the shortcode was not recognizing those products.
    Does the vendor that is not showing up have only products that you assigned to them?

    It′s possible but I don’t remember it. Anyway if I added “show_products=’no’” to the shortcode ([wcv_vendorslist show_products=’no’]), would not matter if the seller has products or not?

    Later, I added a new seller and I have not modify nothing of profile, and the seller has not accessed his profile either. And this seller no appear in the vendor list shortcode.

    Then, what is necessary for a seller to appear on this list?

    I just added a product from the seller admin page and it still does not appear in the list of sellers.

    Muy theme is metrostore.

    I have changed the theme and check others themes and the problem persist.

    I realized that in the setting page of wcvendors (in -> General -> Shop options) appear ‘Vendor name’ that will be showed in the vendors list. By default, it’s shop name.

    When a vendor is registered, at first, he hasn’t added el shop name. If doen’t exist shop name, vendor don’t appear in the list.
