Shortcode url in tablepress

Hi.

i have Shortcode ultimate url button in my table press.
it used to work perfectly, but for some reason, it is no longer working.
it’s not following the shortcode url anymore,
here is the code in the cell:
[su_button url=“https://www.sop.org/sopmedia/Powerpoint/CPW09_High_to_the_Sky_simbi.ppt”
icon=”icon: download” background=”#91a3b0″ color=”#000000″ icon_color=”#000000″] 簡體下載 [/su_button]

url should be: https://www.sop.org/sopmedia/Powerpoint/CPW09_High_to_the_Sky_simbi.ppt
and it will become: https://www.sop.org/wp-admin/“https://www.sop.org/sopmedia/Powerpoint/CPW09_High_to_the_Sky_simbi.ppt”

depending on which page i use to access the link, it will add a url link in front of the right link.
do you know what’s the problem?
