Shortcode Tool Error

Hi, I need help with your plugin, ’cause i want to add Properties or the Property slider in the Home page but I can’t open the tool (capture image). My version is Versión 3.0.11, installed Classic editor, and when I click on it, nothing happend, just the javascript message as you see. Also the new visual composer doesn’t appear like your tutorial video. My visual editor preference is Elementor.

Can you help me, please?
