Shortcode to restrict content partially?

I used to rely on the “eyes only: user access shortcode” plugin but it hasn’t been updated in years. The way it worked was, let’s say you want to show contact information but hide email:

name
phone
[eyesonly logged=”in”]
email
[/eyesonly]

also

[eyesonly level=”administrator,author”]
private content
[/eyesonly]

Can “Members” do something like that?
