Shortcode to control the gpx track’s view ?

Yes, the possibility to control the opacity of the track, like you propose it for the map with the option “Leaflet.Control.Opacity”.

Actually the shortcodes that I am using are :

You don’t need both: leaflet-gpx and elevation for the same track.
If you want to display a track only, use [leaflet-gpx]. If you want to display a track with an elevation profile use [elevation].
But I think, you want to use [elevation] with Leaflet.Control.Opacity. I’ll take a look at it.

Yes, elevation with a control of opacity for the track on the map (to see better the details of the map under the track !).

Leaflet.Control.Opacity is only for Tiles.
But you can change the polyline weight:
https://leafext.de/en/elevation/liste/?testing=polyline

You can try also following css:

.elevation-polyline{
   filter: none !important;
}

2. it don’t propose a control for the user.
