Shortcode [surname sn=”smith”] does not work

    Hello,
    I realy like your plugin.
    But I have a problem: The shortcode [surname sn=”smith”] – with a name of my ancestors – does not work. I tried with two different themes.
    Can you help.
    The other shortcode works perfect!
    Please go on with this plugin and maybe one day it can show a bigger family tree, not only parents and their children?

    Thanks for raising this issue but I cannot reproduce it. This is working fine on my development website and also on my personal website https://spencer-genealogy.com/single/

    Please post a link to the problem page on your website. Are you on v1.71? Was it working in v1.7? Have you added any new plugins / done any theme or plugin updates?

    I still have the problem.

    Maybe another plugin making problems? But the other shortcode works fine…

    I cannot reproduce this problem with my personal and test gedcoms as you can see from the link in my initial reply. Can you send me a gedcom so I can test it and see if there is anything unusual in it? Also was it working properly with v 1.7?
