Shortcode su_members redirect back to same page

Hello! I just created some gated content for members on a client’s page using shortcode [su_members], but when I use %login% and after a member logs in by following the link on the post, he/she gets redirected back to the home page.

Is there anyway I can redirect the member back to the post they were originally reading? I suspect it is something to do with the %login% part of shortcode. Thanks!

(I’m using Simple WP Membership for the members)
