Shortcode strange on certain pages

I am using the shortcode “member directories” on some pages.

On the homepage (for example) the shortcode does not behave well. The text is “approved” and the CSS is messed up. This same shortcode on another page behaves well.

In the beta version of my site it worked well on every page. In the official version you are presenting this error. I’ve already disabled all the plugins and still the error persists.
