Shortcode stopped working in text widget

Hi, I have a very strange FooGallery behavior.

I was happy to see that shortcode works within text widgets to place galleries on the main page.

But… once I added second gallery and placed another shortcode to the second text widget, both galleries stopped showing up. I could see only shortcodes instead. I started debugging an issue – deactivated all other plugins, restored database & files, deleted everything and tried completely fresh WP setup but now I can see only shortcode on the main page (not pictures of the gallery). It works and shows the gallery on pages and posts but I want it to work on the main page too. I assume it’s possible as it did worked before I added second gallery.

I will reinstall WP after I clear it up, so I can even give you full access:
