Shortcode specifies group but adds from all groups show

Hi guys,
great plugin. I have it working perfectly on my site
You can see there the sqaure adds in the content and the leaderboards just about the footer are in tow seperate groups, grouped by size. Perfect.
When I try to do the same thing on my other site with the same theme and WP version

I add shortcode generated in the Ads Admin Panel such as
[dfads params=’groups=4&limit=1′]
but it displays ads from all groups not just group 4. I need this function to work for the plugin to be useful.
Also when I set the shortcode to random such as
[dfads params=’groups=4&limit=1&orderby=random’]
Nothing shows up at all. However by removing the orderby= all together it displays and is random by default so thats okay but again that problem does not happen on my other website.
