shortcode shows no image

  • Hello,
    I use as shortcode: [ecs-list-events limit=’4′ thumb=’true’ thumbsize=’large’]

    And as you can see it shows 4 events… but no image…
    We should he get the image from?

    Hi Alex!

    It looks like the image might not be saved in the regular “featured image” location due to your theme. You can check by doing the following steps:

    1. Ensure you have a backup of your site in case there are any issues when disabling/enabling plugins or your theme
    2. Disable all plugins (except your calendar plugin and this plugin), and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty then verify the issue is resolved (ie. you can now set the featured image and have it appear in the shortcode)
    3. Re-enable your plugins and switch back to your previous theme one by one verifying if the issue is still occurring, and note which one causes it to break
