We checked your image but it seems to be shortcode errors from another plugin.

Nonetheless, we have identified the HTML tag issue while using the shortcode trigger.

Hello Kim,
the shortcode corresponds to wpbakery (page builder too much used). I tried other shortcodes from another plugins and the result is the same (the code is shown). Now I’m with version 1.16.7 and works perfect. I can’t update yet.
I will wait for the next update from you to check if issue was fixed.
