    Hello there.

I started using WooCommerce shortcodes on my website several months ago and I had no problem till today.
This morning I created a news article and I added the following shortcode:
    [product ids="36884"]

For some unknown reason, I don ‘t see the right product. I see instead the product with ID 3401.
I checked the database in search of wrong ID usage, I disabled all the plugin in search of a conflict, I updated WooCommerce. No way, I still see product ID 3401 instead of ID 36884. As far as I noticed, this is the only product shortcode not working, all the other products are shown correctly.

    What could be the cause?
    Thanks.

    Hi there!

It seems like the shortcode you are using is not correct. To show the specific product with respect to id you need to use the following shortcode.

    [products ids="36884"]

You are using the “product” in shortcode instead of products. Please try that shortcode and let me know if you’re still facing the issue.

Wow, you’re right. The guys in charge of managing the posts made a careless mistake.
Thanks and I apologize for the stupid question.
