shortcode showing “WP Photo Sphere (IMG_1770)” on front-end

The button to Add a panorama button doesn’t work, and after adding the short code [sphere 3962], it shows up as WP Photo Sphere (IMG_1770) on the front-end with no image. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins, and it still isn’t working.
