shortcode showing on mobile

Hello

On my mobile device (apple iphone) when I visit my web site – grabandgogoodies.com – the short code is visible at the top of the screen: [trustindex no-registration=google]

The widget is displaying in the body where I put it, but I don’t want the shortcode visible. It’s only doing this on my mobile device, and not my desktop.

Am I doing something wrong?
