Shortcode showing both providers

Currently the provider parameter of our shortcode affects only on the login buttons.
But we see that it would be a better behavior if the provider parameter could affect also on the Link / Unlink buttons, so we modified our codes accordingly.

So in the next release of Nextend Social Login this problem will no longer occur. Currently I can not tell anything concrete about when we will be able to release a new version. and we will send you and installer for our latest build, which already contains this fix!
