Shortcode runs into 500 error or page never stops (until timeout)

    In the last version of Tutor LMS you made some major changes for the short code ?tutor_course“ with the removal of pagination. Therewith, we noticed an issue where the page is either failing with an error 500 or it repeats loading the page content over and over again (so we see the entire content many hundreds of times beginning with the page headline and so on). It seems that there is a while loop that might never stop under certain conditions. By replacing the shortcode class with the older version of your plugin, it runs well again.

    We tried several parameter combinations, but neither worked correctly.

    So I guess, some stop conditions are missing when generating the course list.

    We got and noted the short-code issue. We will resolve and update it ASAP.

    And 500 issue is server related issue if the server memory limit or other resources are limited then shows this type of issue. You can enable any default theme like twenty twenty-one, then enable again your theme and check

    If still face this issue, you can mail it to plugin support.
