Shortcode remains a part of forms after disabling/removing the plugin

Hi.

Thank you for creating this plugin. I really believe it will help a lot of us.

I discovered one little bug while testing it. After I disabled the plugin, I noticed that the shortcode which created the privacy checkbox still remained a part of my contact form. Example image: https://prnt.sc/iaaomw

Regardless of how many times I deleted all the cache on the website, this shortcode just won’t go away.
