Shortcode Regular=”off” seems to not work

Today the regular days started showing even when shortcode regular=”off” (also tried false and no).
The code on the page (bottom of page) is:

The first shortcode shows only regular days. The second has shown only special days. But now is shows all days in the time period (31 days)The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
