    Hello,

    I have a page on a web site, and i use the Page Builder to organize the page.
    On this page i use the plug in Grid Kit. I make some grid and i put the shortcode on site origin editor widget under the title, but nothing apears under the title of the page.

    If i revert to editor, the grid apears. How can i resolve this and use Grid Kit in page builder?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Depending on how the shortcode has been set up, there might not be an immediate resolution available.

    To check if the shortcode works in a regular widget area, try inserting the shortcode into a SiteOrigin Editor widget at Appearance > Widgets in a theme widget area. Does it work? If not, try inserting the shortcode into a Text widget in a theme widget area. Can you get the shortcode to work in a widget area? That’s a good first test to run, please let us know how it goes.

    When i use SiteOrigin Editor in the theme widget area, works well.
    But wen i use on page builder in the page, nothing appears.

    The shortcode is working normally for me. I’m testing with a gallery, what type of grid are you adding?

    I use album, but now I try gallery and it does not work, the same.

    Please, try a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for:

    Page Builder
    Widgets Bundle
    Grid Kit

    Once all other plugins are deactivated, go to the page, edit the SiteOrigin Editor widget, click on the Text tab and make sure the shortcode is saved correctly then save the widget, save the page and see if there is any change.

    If you are using a caching plugin, cache must be cleared before deactivating the caching plugin.

    Hi andrew

    Facing same problem … tried all things like deactivating all plugins to check the conflict…

    Iam using real estate manager plugin, everything is fine, only one shotcode is not working (503 service unavailable error)

    If i use same shortcode on a page without pagebuilder, shortcode working perfect..on pagebuilder page its not working, not even on text widget and not on siteorigin editor..

    if i use same shortcode in appearance > widgets by using text or site origin editor, its working fine

    Only problem is on page using pagebulider. Please guide as iam stuck
