    Hi there, thanks for reaching out! Yes, if you login to your Formilla account, you can copy and paste the chat script in your chat widget’s settings right above the closing </body> tag of your webpages/template.

    i don’t understand where can i find this code ?

    i don’t see any widget with the name “Formilla” and i don’t see any code under the settings in the admin area

    can you please direct me to this code?

    If you login to your Formilla.com account, click “Customize”, then the edit (pencil) icon for your chat widget. On the very next page, you’ll notice a large text area with the script on the right-hand side of the page. Please email us at [email protected] so we can provide you with specific information regarding your account since this is a public forum.
