shortcode pages

  • hi,
    I installed the plug-in in a Multisite,
    I created a new form,
    copied the shortcode and pasted into a page,

    unfortunately not seeing anything, blank page,
    I tried previewing the form, but it opens a pop with just the “continue editing” button,

    I tried “How to do a plugin / theme conflict test?”
    but no result

    some help

    Hi @avest,

    Can you please check that you’ve assigned correct User page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.
    Do you use unique profile forms for different user roles?

    hi,

    yes I checked the User page has been assigned
    I entered the shortcode as with the default Forms
    that you see well
