Shortcode or Modal

Hello,
The widget works well… as long as I don’t request to display it in Modal mode. When I select Modal mode, the Create or Edit button is simply unresponsive. Same goes with the Add Image button (set to featured image), it is unresponsive. In normal mode, all works fine, I can create or edit (except to add image).
I use the Seeko theme which is Elementor compatible and never caused any issue with any widget or modal button.
Can someone think of a solution?
Else, I was thinking about adding the widget as a shortcode in a 3d party modal/popup/accordion widget… but I can’t find any shortcode, is there one?
Or any other solution?
