Shortcode only showing as text not executing..

Hi so I installed your plugin and I have astra pro theme so I placed the shortcode [related_posts_by_tax] in my custom layout (hooks) and then when I see the post, I only see the text [related_posts_by_tax] itself, not the related posts.

Can you please help me why the text itself is showing up and not be executed? Thanks!
