Shortcode on multisites

Hi, I am using the file manager on a multisite network, but the shortcode plugin I bought from you isn’t working. It says I need to have the core plugin installed, but that is activated. I tried both, a network-wide activation and single site activation. I always get the error, so shortcode doesn’t work. Please help. Thanks. Andy
