Shortcode not working with page builder

  • Hello
    I am having trouble getting the short code to work with SiteOrigin Page Builder. Is the plug in compatible with it? The short code works in the visual and text. I have used the Give widget, the WordPress text widget, the SiteOrigin editor widget and on the backend everything looks good but when I try to see it on the front end nothing is there. Even the regular copy and image disappear. But like I said, if I use the other views everything works out (I can see the donation form, copy and image on the frontend. I’m not confident in creating a child’s theme and using CSS and just by pass the builder. Do you have any idea what I should do?

    PS I did a lot of research on which plugin to use and I really like this one. Thanks for building it

    Hi there,

    I just tested this and didn’t have that problem. So my guess is it’s related to your theme somehow. Is it a free theme you can link to so I can test that as well?

    Is your site live so I can see the problem live with a link?
