I’ve created a register form in forminator and copied the shortcode and introduced it into the Elementor shortcode widget, but it only show a grey rectangle in the editing mode, and in the preview mode it shows nothing at all. I’ve tried creating a template and it doesn’t work neither. The shortcode only works in the wordpress editing view, but not on Elementor and there is where I edit everything.
    Please help!
    thank you

    Hi there @gemurri

I see a Forminator registration form here: https://www.hoyvolo.com/index.php/register/

By default, the registration form will not appear if you’re already logged-in. So be sure to view your page while logged-out, or view it in an incognito/private window

You can also set it to display even if logged-in by disabling the option to “Hide the form if a user is already logged in” if you wish under User Registration > Additional Settings.

    Cheers!

    Hi @elliothlr2

Please check if your Forminator form is set to load via Ajax (in form settings in “Behavior” tab) and if it is, try disabling that option.

If it doesn’t help, please start a new, separate ticket of your own (even though the issue seems to be similar/same) and we’ll assist you there.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
