shortcode not working on elementor

    hey I am just using the shortcode of points and rewards plugins but its not working on element can i ask why is that?

    Apologize for the concern! Currently, our plugin is not compatible with the Elementor so it will not work, if still you have any further concerns then kindly let us know.

    In reference to your query, please note that currently there is no such shortcode available with the free version of the plugin to see the details of the points.

    You can check the plugin doc to see what shortcodes are available with the free version of the plugin
