shortcode not working in theme novapress

Hi, the plugin does not work on the novapress theme.
I created this shortcode
[php_code] echo do_shortcode (shortcode_unautop (wp_kses_post (wpautop ($ review ['desc'])))); [/ php_code]
to retrieve the description inserted with the “wp review” plugin.
There is a way to make it compatible with novapress?
