Shortcode not working in php

Thank you for your reply. First of all , are you a PHP Programmer ? If not , please direct to whom know on how to solve this problem.

After do a fresh reinstallation, using the download link as provided by you at Download Link: https://we.tl/t-KT68oRmrYM , this problem REMAIN UNSOLVED.

Please take a look at several screenshots below.

(1) shortcode [mycred_badge_evidence] is working fine when display in WordPress page using Elementor Page Builder to show the message of “Evidence not found” . Please refer to below screenshot at dropbox link.

(2) When we do PHP code customisation for the shortcode of [mycred_badge_evidence] in PHP files, want to display it in Member Account TAB, it is NOT WORKING , NEVER show “Evidence not found” message. These are the PHP codes we wrote for :

Badge evidence does not show on the profile page. It needs a User ID and Badge ID then it will work. You need to pass the User ID and Badge ID in the URL parameter.
