Shortcode not working in notification email

    Hi,

    I want to sent email to new users when their accounts are created by file import, but when I try to insert some short codes in the email, found the codes are not working, can help me to check it? thanks.

    Hi @jerry0204,
    Thanks for your message.

    This is quite common in user importer plugins as they tend to create users and update them afterwards by which time the notification has already been sent out.

    My advice is to try another plugin to see if you can find one that works better for you.
    I don’t have any recommendations of such a plugin though, unfortunately.
