Shortcode not working in LearnPress

    I’m able to put the short code in, and it displays the ticket number but not the actual scratch images. Thanks!

    Hello,
    to understand why the image is not displayed I need see the web page, and possibly to check how the plugin is set up in your website.
    If you want, create a temporary administrator account in the website where the plugin is installed and send the login data to [email protected] or, at least, let me know the page URL.
