    Hello,

I have After pay setup, and am using Avada theme. I have the shortcode added to the Avada Layout for single products, and it shows nothing. https://shop.dev.thebeautybase.com.au/product/3-in-1-fruit-peel-mask/ you can look but you won’t see it since it’s not showing up..

All the settings are exactly like another site we have, so I am stuck as to what is wrong. I also tried adding the shortcode to the description field directly in a product, and the same result.

Any ideas? How can i troubleshoot?
    Thanks,
    Ben

    Hi @benjaminblue,

    Thanks for your message.

From a look at the site it appears that Afterpay is not appearing on the PDP page (as you pointed out), at the cart or at the checkout. This may point to Afterpay not being available, either due to an account setting or a misconfiguration in the plugin settings. The team would like to assist with an investigation. To facilitate this please submit a support request including a link to this post using the following web form: https://help.afterpay.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=193406

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for the fast response! I should’ve remembered to come back here but after I posted this I eventually figured out that it is in the configuration. I wasn’t the one who did it and I took for granted that the person who did could’ve entered wrong information, like the secret key. I’m assuming once that gets correctly input everything will be fine!

It also makes everything makes sense. I’ll mark this as resolved because I know that it is the secret key entered wrong.

    Ben
