shortcode not working in attributes

Hi
I used this code to create shortcodes https://www.datafeedr.com/create-your-own-wordpress-shortcode-for-permalinks/

My shortcode works perfect in the text field of the product page. But when I use the same shortcode in the attributes field of the product it isn’t working anymore.
Why? And how can I fix this?

I would like to add some links in the attributes fields
