Shortcode not working in a page

    Hi there,
    I’ve added the shortcode to a page but it’s not displaying – I can see the code is there if I inspect but it’s not displaying anything on screen – can you please help?

    Hi @misstt,

    The most common cause of this issue is pages having audience restrictions. Please make sure your page doesn’t have any audience restrictions as Facebook will not allow it to be embedded if it does.

    Hi Cameron,

    I assume you are referring to the Facebook page having audience restrictions and not the website page that the shortcode is on?

    Details of how to remove the restrictions would be helpful thank you.
