Shortcode not working for buttons

Hey all,
I fell in LOVE with this plugin but suddenly my buttons aren’t showing up on any of my pages. It’s just white space. I’ve checked the pages to make sure the code is complete and still there and it is but it’s just a giant white space.

https://ohksocial.com/design-process/I’m not sure how to fix it. I tried changing the prefix from su_ to gu_ and also disabling custom formatting from the plugin settings but nothing seems to work. Please help me – this is through my entire site!
Thank you again for the great plugin – would love to continue to use it for both myself and if fixed, will tell me clients about it too.
