shortcode not working

  • Good day .
    I thank thee developers of this plugin for the amazing work they put in, but i still have a little issues .
    I posted shortcode to a post on my blog and it says No images available in this gallery type. please check admin setting
    here is the shortcode i have used
    [ihrss-gallery type=”gallery1″ w=”920″ h=”270″ speed=”5″ bgcolor=”FFFFFF” gap=”5″ random=”yes”]

    i changed the “gallery1” to “GROUP1” which is the name of the gallery type i selected from the plugin settings .
    Please help , I will appreciate a quick response as i am stock on my work
