Can you post a link to a page where we can see this issue? If the timeline is blank, that alone could have something to do with the formatting. But also, there are plenty of CSS things that may be unique to your site which our plugin may just not be able to do anything about.

I installed your plug in and created my timeline without incident. When I go to the url that was created on your site I can also see my interactive timeline with no issue.
When I try to use your timeline short code, i only see “timeline downloading” since 10 minutes now… can you help me? tks

You should probably use the “add timeline” button which is shown in the WordPress authoring interface when the plugin is active. I just made a timeline that way and it works fine.

What value are you taking from the timeline.knightlab.com site and how are you integrating it into your post? The value of the ‘src’ attribute should be the full URL to the Google Spreadsheet which you published—not a URL to a Timeline embed or any iframe code.

tks Joe! I finally used the iframe code and it works! I only have to reduce the width criteria to fit with my WP template. KR
