Shortcode not working

    I have few custom shortcodes on my website which works when added to default wordpress editor but are not working when I add in pluginops. are there are any steps required which I am not doing ?

    Hi,

    If your shortcodes are not working please follow the steps below.

    * Make sure the plugin is updated to latest version.
    * Edit you landing page and make sure load wp_head and wp_footer options are enabled.
    * Make sure there are not any typos in the sohrtode text.
