shortcode not working

    Hi,

    when the customer comes to the store page and clicks on the “private message” button, it redirects him to bodypress messages, but there he only sees the shortcode: [bp_better_messages]

    Hi there!

    Try to enable compatibility mode in plugin settings.
    You can find it in Settings under Integrations -> BuddyPress tab.
