Shortcode not working

    Hi,
    i just can use the shortcode with the single key but not [gotowebinar-calendar] or [gotowebinar].

    GoToWebinar Consumer Key and GoToWebinar Consumer Secret should be OK, because the shortcode [gotowebinar-reg key=”YOUR WEBINAR KEY”] with the Webinar Key works.

    Any idea what could be happened?

    Hi @luisgasser,

    Are you using our application to authenticate or your own? If you are using your own, perhaps try clearing out your consumer key and secret, saving the settings, refreshing the page, and then try clicking the connect button to use our application.

    If the single key shortcodes work, then the other shortcodes should work, if they don’t it could be a signal that you are either no longer authenticated or your GoToWebinar account has ran into API limits (which by the way, you can reach out to GoToWebinar Developer support and get them to increase the limits of the custom application you made, but it’s often easier just to use our application as suggested).
