Shortcode not working

    The shortcode is not generate, it stay as shortcode text, the plugin is active
    What is wrong?
    I working with Avada theme and using code block
    Also the text editor is not showing the plugin icon to insert the video.
    I protect the file in the media. this can be a problem?
