Shortcode not working

    If I use a WooCommerce shortcode inside the custom HTML field, the shortcode works correctly in the post form. So, the issue you are facing is specifically caused by the shortcode you are using.

    Please check the video. Please try to use the shortcode of WooCommerce for the testing purpose.

    If you don’t find the issue, then please check the shortcode [FDCustomField] that you are using. Also, please make sure the plugin, associated with the shortcode, is activated.
