    Hi there,

I’ve only just installed the plugin and created my first calculator so apologies if this is a simple issue. I’m using the Colibri theme and page builder and for some reason it doesn’t seem to recognise the shortcode provided through the plugin?

I was wondering if there is a way to see the full coding for the calculator produced which I could then copy into my site?

    Thanks,
    James

    Hello @jamesradcliffe

In this case, you simply should to insert a text block with the shortcode as its content. For example, assuming your form’s id is 1, the shortcode to enter would be:

    [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id="1"]

For additional questions, please, send me the URL to the page where the shortcode was inserted.

    Best regards.

Unfortunately that still just displays the text itself instead of the form. I’ll insert the shortcode in my homepage for now so you can see it there.

    Thanks,
    James

    Hi @codepeople,

Yeah I’m not entirely sure what happened but I also just noticed this myself, may have just taken a while to load?

Either way thank you very much for your help and sorry to waste your time.

    Many thanks,
    James
