Shortcode not working

    thank you for My Tickets!

    One thing I would need support with is the short codes. It seems that [ticket event='96'] is not working properly – it doesn’t show the form to add tickets to cart.

    Would you be so kind to help me, please?

    Does the event in question have all the required information provided?

    E.g., a specific number of tickets available, prices on tickets, and a date in the future?
