I placed the shortcode [shop-page-wp] on my page, but when I go to view the page, I get an error message saying “no products were found matching your selection.” I have 5 products added so far. The plug-in seems to be working fine on the sidebar widget, but the products aren’t showing on a full page.

I tried to go on shoppagewp.com to view support documentation, but the website is not secure…”This website may be impersonating shoppagewp.com to steal your personal and financial information. You should go back to the previous page.”

    Can someone please help me?

Hi @steffykieu, can you send us the URL of the page where you are trying to output the product grid?

I’m able to access https://shoppagewp.com fine without seeing an error. Maybe try a different browser?

    Thanks

I am also having trouble with this. No products are showing up on my shop page. It keeps on showing that nothing was found.

To clarify – products are showing up in the primary side bar as well as in posts where I paste the short code with a category. I have a shop page (saraulrich.com/shop) that has the short code pasted within but no products are found.

    Hi Leo,
    My shop page is https://www.wildearthling.com/shop

The ‘no products were found matching your selection’ message is coming from the Woocommerce plugin, not the Shop Page WP plugin. Woocommerce might override the content of a page with ‘shop’ as its title or slug when active.

Are you using Woocommerce for anything? If not, then deactivating it should solve the issue.

If you still need to use it then I would suggest trying a page with a different slug and/or title to see if that works.

I deactivated WooCommerce and created a new page with a different slug.

It works now! Thank you ??

That’s good to hear! I think it would probably work with the old slug if WooCommerce wasn’t active.
