Shortcode not working

    Hi

    The shortcode is not working for me. It doesn’t load anything on the page. It doesn’t show anything.

    Any idea how to fix it?

    Hi jubamad,

    you must disable helpful in the settings (helpful hide: check). Then you can use the shortcode. Just remember that you also have to select the post types (post types: check).
