shortcode not working

  • Hi guys and gals,

    I have entered the shortcode on my website however the request form doesn’t seem to work. This is a multi-site installation could this be the issue??

    Did you add this shortcode to your page:
    [REQ_CRED_FORM]

    If this still doesn’t work, can you please explain the steps you took to get this problem?

    Hi there,

    The shortcode has been added but the form does not show.

    I simply installed the plugin, added my settings and opened the pre-made page that comes with the plugin. I can see the shortcode in the backend but it doesn’t show on the page.

    Hi gslattery,

    Do you use a content holder or an other plugin that hooks on to the default content editor?

    Are you using a custom theme or an existing theme?
