Shortcode Not Working!

  • Hi, awesome plugin. However, i faced some issue with the plugin.

    All shortcodes works so far, but this one [wsdesk_support display=check_request] doesn’t work. When I use this shortcode in a page, it still shows me the default two buttons display. Any idea why?

    And do you support dynamic/hidden field via query string or others for form submission.

    Basic version comes with only these shortcodes:

    • WSDesk support action shortcode [wsdesk_support]
    • WSDesk support form shortcode [wsdesk_support display=form]
